This is Adam Keane, the rapist from Daragh, County Clare. The DPP has recently appealed the leniency of his sentence for committing rape and of course we all hope that this rapist bastard will be sent away for a very long time.

Well, I read the judge’s explanation of his “reasoning” on the sentence and I still cannot understand it, one little bit.
I’d increase the wee arsehole’s sentence for complaining about his life being ruined.

Have you ever thought of running for public office??? However, my main reason for leaving this, is to thank you heartily for introducing me to Cohen’s Famous Blue Raincoat with Jennifer Warnes. Was sitting, hungover yesterday afternoon reading your blog, when I listened to that song and spent the rest of the day, replaying it over and over. At one stage I am ashamed to say, I actually wept. Mr Major: The judge’s motivations are worth studying. I suspect he was attempting to shake up the system, and if so, he has succeeded.

Bock, when you first mentined your theory on the judge’s possible motivation, it was the only one that made sense to me - and if it is the case he is to be applauded rather than called a cunt as people keep wanting to do.
As far as I can remember he has a history of being strong on sexual crimes - and letting this fecker off may well be the quickest way to fix a fucked sytem whilst ensuring that the rapist ultimately serves the most time possible also.
So if it is the case that he was trying to shake the system he’s doing exactly what so many people complain judges don’t do. No?

Do you mean to say that this rapist fellow is a rapist? From your earlier posts about the rapist pictured, as a rapist, here, I glean that the rapist does wish it generally known that he is a rapist.
Well, now I know, thanks to your site, that he is a rapist, and I shall keep my animals within when he is about, for fear that he will rape them.
As to Mr L. Cohen, I once made one of his LPs into a flower-pot, which summed up my opinion at the time, but in later life listened again and am now a convert of sorts. The album in question (Famous Blue Raincoat) is in my collection, and very good it is, too. For those wanting a copy, the number is:

Mr Warmington: Thank you for your comments. The rapist is indeed a convicted rapist, and you are right to keep your animals locked up until he is finally locked up.
Just a small clarification on the Cohen matter.

Mr Major: You could well be right. However, I want to see how this appeal by the DPP works out. I don’t think it’s as simple as Carney being a fool.
