Munster 36 - Clermont 13

Posted on Friday, November 23, 2007

Here’s a few pics from the rugby last Sunday. As you can see, Thomond Park is a bit of a building site at the moment, but they still managed to squeeze 12,800 people in to watch Munster beating Clermont 36-13.

If you’d like to see a slide show of the Thomond Park reconstruction, Bruff RFC have a nice series HERE.

Great photos Bock. I see some familiar faces. John Smit finally faced some fired up opposition, even picked up a couple of stitches to remember us by. South African blood on the pitch, Jock would be pleased.

    Bock,

Great pics - just in case you haven’t seen them yet, there are some really cool time lapse videos of the construction at Thomond Park made by Hegarty’s available to view at the suitably titled; http://standupandbuild.com/

    Rgds,

    Brendan.
