Another good argument for bringing back absinthe in bars. A wee drop of that the kids’d sit and colour in napkins very very slowly and crucially, quietly. Dribbling a bit, sure, but kids dribble anyway, don’t they.

You never see badly behaved French children in bars.

Another good reason for bringing back absinthe is that I wouldn’t mind a wee try of it either. Just to see.

Those parents also make sure that the kid makes a big mess for the staff to clean up. And they tip poorly.
