I’m pretty agnostic about blogspot v the competitors, its always worked fine for me, well mostly, not so good with photos. What are the advantages? BTW Bock, since you moved it takes forever for your site to load, at least on the computers I’ve tried it on - home and work, wifes and mine.

Google owns your content on Blogspot.
There are many other reasons to make the switch, but this one is good enough all by itself.
