Note who’s at the top. Amazing. By now, if things were going as normal, the boys would have been out on the booze for a few weeks and the long slide to oblivion would be well under way, but no. Not this time, for some reason I can’t quite fathom.

Ray Clemence played for the Scunts before his career went downhill with Liverpool. Dunno if he captained Engerland too ?

One is I believe is Ian Botham, I think I have a long distant memory of a picture in Shoot of ‘Beefy’ playing for Utd. I think it was in the early-mid eighties
