Karen matthews Trial

Posted on Thursday, November 13, 2008

In a week when I seem to have done little but write about cretinous tracksuited numpties, it seems almost like fate that the Karen Matthews trial should hit the news again.

Is there no end to this stupid underclass that afflicts Britain and Ireland?  Is there no limit to their idiocy?

Now.  I’m not going to tell you that Karen Matthews is guilty of setting up a scam to steal money from honest people by faking a kidnap of her child.  I’m not saying I know that for a fact.

I’m only saying that’s what I believe, and I said it here eight months ago.

Are we doomed?

Is the whole world doomed to sink beneath the weight of these fucking idiots?

I’m starting to think there’s no escape from these fools, everywhere you look, with their bling and their scrunchies and their tats and their muffin-tops and their stupid single-syllable grunting, and their expectations that society will support every one of the useless motherfuckers, instead of letting the whole fucking lot of them starve.

As we should.

Let me ask you something.  Do you think these fuckers would survive without us?

    May I draw a long bow here….

Once upon a time in a world a long way ago there was a society entertained by TV from morning ‘til midnight. Back then it ended with the National Anthem or a prayer and off to bed.
We were happy with 1 channel, 2 channels, 3, 4, 5 channels. There was a lot of quality TV in those days. Same with radio.

Then the world took off and we now have hundreds of stations pumping out thousands of hours - but the amount of quality stayed the same. Some would say it diminished. Just listen to breakfast radio. Or turn on news TV, what, no News today ? – here’s some shots of smoke coming out a chimney in Dingle. Tsk, Tsk, shouldn’t be allowed to happen.

So to fill the hours everything gets shown. Every tool with a voice had an opportunity to appear. And appear they did.

Hours and hours of drivel and tripe starring the local slags and hoons.

Ibeza piss ups and make me a star (even though I can barely wipe my own arse without directions) and funniest home videos – biggest laugh for the kid maiming itself – and , fuck me, celebrity chefs. How low can we go?

And everyone has a right to be famous.

Kidnap my own child and make a fortune!!! That’s a fucking game show, a great idea. A no brainer. I CAN DO THAT…

Today the world is populated by instant celebrities. No matter what I do I should be famous for it. I only live next door but I can be famous.

I can vent on Bock. I will be famous.

As I said, I may be drawing a long bow, here.

We’d better get used to it, because it’s not going to change. When I was growing up, it was said then, that in ten years time we’d have what America had (from a societal point of view) - but that was used as a warning. 25 years on it’s true, we’ve got all those channels, all the big fridges, the big cars and the big teeth - in fact all the big, shit stuff and everything that comes with it - the need to fill the ever expanding vacuum of commercial media being one of them. Bock, your previous post about the Newstalk van alludes to exactly the same thing about the mainstream media being obsessed with knobheads - we’re fucked. But the chink of light is you Bock, a small acorn of hope. Local Government beckons I think…(Christ, can you imagine that ?!)

We’ve been sinking for a while. The fatal flaw of these people is that their aspirations aren’t high enough. If they were higher they’d be looking for 400 billion or even 700 billion. Instead of holding one child to ransom - howsabout holding a few generations to ransom! We’re the fucking idiots.

Now it becomes clear why Shannon was ‘calm’ and seemed a bit ‘confused’ when rescued - and blindingly apparent why she point blank refused to go home afterwards! The worst thing about this whole event is that there are now 6 brothers and sisters being fostered/adopted - 6 brothers and sisters that deserved a better life than being put through all of that. I hope the mother goes to jail for life - she has changed the course of her children’s lives forever. One hopes and hopes and hopes that they find good families and get the chance they deserve.

They’re a bunch of fucking muppets. People like this shouldn’t have a dog, never mind a child.

And would this site survive without them?

I surely wouldn’t read if it was all Munster rugby and Limerick carnivals.

I’d say it would survive that.

Karen Matthews wants a good fucking kicking! Did you see that documentary that Channel 4 did about the her while Shannon was ‘missing’? To think she knew where that poor liitle girl was all the time makes me sick!

‘They’re a bunch of fucking muppets. People like this shouldn’t have a dog, never mind a child.’

But they already have children. What do you suggest we do with them? Maybe their role in life is to make people like you feel superior.

Good suggestion. Maybe they’re some use after all.
