I remember Jimi playing with his teeth on top of the pops. He died not a whole lot later. We called him up on the ouija board but he wasn’t too pleased.
Oh no! As a teenager discovering my parents records I was so incredibly impressed with his drumming - especially in Fire - the time changes - brilliant. Big loss. That’s definitely one for the next podcast.

That’s the thing about drummers, isn’t it? Playing things in 17/43 time or some shit like that.
Fucking drummers. Worse than bass players, but with more personality.
