Anglo-Irish Bank To Get Another €4 Billion of Taxpayers’ Money

And why would that be?
Will I tell you? All right then. I will.
It’s because this bunch of fucking crook bankers lent insane amounts of money to their thick pals, who went off and built stupid zombie housing estates in fucking Leitrim, and bought into Mafia-controlled office blocks in Chicago, and bought fucking helicopters and unwanted hotels and stretch limos and all the fucking bling their fake-tanned girlfriends demanded, because they were a crowd of half-civilised fucking tinkers in suits.
And now, you’re paying for their stupid greed, as am I.
These cretins have dragged the Irish economy into the mud, because an idiot government, populated by shambling fools, was so in awe of their supposed wealth which in the end turned out to be nothing more than guff and bluster.
It might not stop at €4 billion. It might, we’re told, be €7 billion.
Well, why not €14 billion, or €30 billion? And where is all that money going to come from?
As I’ve said here many times, Anglo is not a bank, and neither is Irish Nationwide. Both of these operations were no more than devices to shuffle dodgy money among speculators, and to fund Fianna Fáil. They should both be allowed to collapse now, today, instead of expecting the Irish people to carry the hardship for the greed, recklessness, incompetence and dishonesty of their management and directors.
For fucksake, be angry! Be very fucking angry that a bunch of half-witted bricklayers have been allowed to bankrupt our country by another bunch of dimwitted, glorified county councillors who call themselves national politicians.

I think we’ve made a complete shit of Irish independence. I think we gave the country into the hands of gobshites and religious maniacs. I think these fuckers derailed the republic and they should all be charged with fucking treason.
That’s what I think.
The republic has failed thanks to these crooked fucking carpetbaggers, and the child-abusing control freaks of the Catholic church.
It’s time to kick them all out and start again.
Bock it is not €4 billion it is closer to €11 billion. But not to worry, your Children, Grand Children Great Grand Children Etc. will pick up the tab for the next thousand years or so. Anglo Irish made some “imprudent†loans to themselves. But again Ireland Inc. will pay. Robert Mugabe would have made a better job of running this “sainted Isle†for the past twenty years. But again not to worry Biffo known the People will understand that hard decisions have to be made. Things will improve. Just as soon as the Gobshites re-elect F.F. they will introduce 90% tax on everything.
P.S. Politicians, the Golden Circle and their families shall naturally be exempt. Because they are worth it.
Strange report, apart from being angry the writer (Bock) is also not factual in his observations, firstly he is wrong to say that “Anglo” is going to get another payment from the state, since as to date Anglo has not received a penny from the government.
Secondly not supporting Anglo would cost a lot more that the 4 Bill. (perhaps 7 Bill in the end.) since this would trigger the guarantee scheme implemented in Sept 2008 and that could result into a cost of 50 / 60 Bill.
In addition letting the bank go bust would destroy Ireland’s financial and commercial reputation and this would have desperate results for Ireland in terms of peoples welfare and would bring back mass Irish emigration as in the past due to poverty at home, in order to avoid all of that we must support Anglo together with all the other banks there are no other option.
However, “Bock” is right in the way he refers to the bankers, politicians, and regulators who created this mess, and they must be held responsible for this morally and legally, but in the meantime bring Ireland back to its proper financial status.
Nonsense. Anglo-Irish is not systemic to the banking system. It doesn’t trade. It hasn’t issued a loan in six months. It’s dead.
The only purpose in propping it up is to guarantee the assets of the mega-rich investors at the expense of ordinary taxpayers. These people took a gamble and they lost.

Evil motherfuckers. They are fucking us up the ass and we’ll probably thank them by voting for them again on june the 5th. I hear today on the news that the economy is showing signs of stabilizing. Until after election day. They are a fucking virus.
The thing is, Anglo never were a Bank.. It was, perhaps, still is a club for big speculators, developers and big builders. It looked after its own Board and friends.
As for stabilisation , when the tank is empty the motor will not run. As we take the splinters out from under our fingernails from scraping the bottom of the barrel we may reflect on this on Friday.
