Drug Laced skunky air in Spain

Spanish Premier, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.
In these recessionary times, here’s a cheap and cheerful way to put a smile on everyone’s face.
It appears that the Spanish Superior Council of Scientific Investigations found the air in Barcelona and Madrid to be laced with at least five drug types: amphetamines, opiates, cannabinoids, lysergic acid and most prominently cocaine. Researchers found cocaine in concentrations between 29 and 850 picogram per cubic metre of air.
The group stresses, however, that the air samples were taken in high drug use areas and don’t represent most of the air in the cities.
The Report is here if your Spanish is up to scratch.
It appears that the concentrations are really not “High” enough to have any major effect.
Now, just a thought, if we could arrange something similar around certain parts of the city centre and beef up the strength a little, it’d be one way of knocking the drug traffic on the head. Why pay for it if you can get it for free? An accidental side-effect may also be to bring some more people back shopping in the city centre. Kill two birds with one stoner as they say.

That explains a lot!
It seems in a recent report , that the cisterns tops in the Dail checked positive for Cocaine. Might explain a lot?
Maybe they’re trying to make things go better.
Moved to Barcelona at the start of the new year. Haven’t slept for the last 3 months…..
I was wondering why….
Couldn’t sleep in Barcelona either. Think it’s banned.
Wait ’til you get back.
