I haven’t done any recipes in a while, for one reason or another, but as I happened to be making mushroom soup, I thought it might be nice to take a few pictures and put up a recipe.
As usual, I won’t bother giving quantities. Just play around with the amounts and see what you like. The world won’t explode if you get it wrong.

Sounds delightful, I’m salivating reading that. I’ll try it out. Mmmm.
Nice. I like to throw some finely chopped up choriso, fried til it’s nearly burnt, just before serving. gives it a nice spicy kick and texture.
Fine pictures, and the method instructions are idiot proof. I’ll google the ingredient mascarpone, which seems to rhyme with Al Capone.
I’ve used Greek yoghurt, cream cheese and creme fraiche. All work. Don’t bother too much about the details.
