I had a problem with a computer bought from PCWorld, but when I complained about it to PCWorld’s staff, they obviously couldn’t give a rat’s ass.
When I wrote a fairly harmless rant about their indifferent attitude, I didn’t expect to get this level of reaction which includes comments from other pissed-off customers, comments in defence of PCW, and one complete arsehole who tried to threaten me.
This fearless cyber-vigilante denied he worked for PCWorld but I found out otherwise, not through some incredibly clever Bock detection, but because he’s an idiot.
